For our basic package, keyholding, fortnightly security checks and reports each time 400 euros a year.
Should you require weekly security checks rather than fornightly the price would be 600 euros a year.
Winter/Summer rates will be 250 euros fortnightly checks or 350 euros with weekly inspections.
WELCOME PACKS
Should you like a welcome pack with milk, tea, coffee, sugar and water this would be 12 euros
A more complete pack including bacon, eggs, bread and orange juice this would be 20 euros.
Flowers, cava or anything else you may like can be arranged also.
CLEANING
Cleaning will be charged at 15 euros the hour.
LAUNDRY
Laundry charged according to amount.
OUR TRADESMEN
You would only be charged for work carried out, no call out charge.
